Q. Who is DTC Health?
DTC Health is a husband and wife owned and operated company, originally founded in November of 2003. The current owners have over 30 years experience in Physical and Occupational Therapy and specialize in nutraceuticals as well as other therapeutic products. We take pride in serving others and promoting healthy living for people and pets.
DTC Health is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.
Q. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping Policy
We strive for excellence in this area to best please our customer. Most orders ship same day or next day.
Domestic (US only) and International Orders
We use a variety of carriers including but not limited to United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping method is at the discretion of DTC Health unless otherwise chosen at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages, delays, mistaken address entries, or otherwise items of similar circumstance once it has left our facility. You may contact the carrier directly to resolve any issue or email us for additional recommendations.

Shipping Charges
Free domestic US shipping on orders over $50.00. International rates vary by location, weight, size and/or quantity of items purchased.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
International Shipping
Yes. Shipping charges can be calculated at check out. This calculation is an estimate of shipping the package ONLY. This does not include any fees associated with importing the product(s) to your country, including duty, brokerage, and taxes. Please understand your specific country’s customs regulations and guidelines prior to purchasing.
DTC HEALTH is not responsible for any fees that you may incur with importing our products. We are also not responsible for any return charge fees (see Return Policy).
DTC HEALTH is not responsible for items once they have been shipped. Please contact carrier directly for any questions, disputes, or resolution for lost or damaged items.
Please note that due to import restrictions, we are unable to ship to Norway, Austria, North Korea, Sudan, Germany, or Belgium.
Q. What is your return policy?
To discuss any questions regarding your order, please contact us at support@dtchealth.com. If you would like a refund, please return unused and unopened items to the address noted below. Items returned are at the shipper's expense. Once the item(s) are received, refund will be issued to the same payment form as used for initial order.
Items refused/returned from outside the US due to customs regulations, import guidelines, or otherwise unable to be delivered, are also at the expense of the customer.
