Subscribe and Save:
Save time and money with Subscribe and Save!
Some products offer this option as a lowest price recurring order for your chosen time frame, so you never miss a shipment! Simply choose the 'Subscribe and Save' option on the product page. We will automatically send your products and charge the card that you have saved on your account.
Customers can make adjustments to your subscription at any time (customize products or frequency, postpone, update credit card or address, etc.) by logging into your account .
Customer is responsible for updating any information related to the account, including shipping address in the event of moving. DTC Health is not responsible for missing or lost packages related to customer change of address or address not updated timely related to shipment.
DTC Health is not responsible for entries made in error related to subscriptions. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions.
Domestic (US only) and International Orders
We use a variety of carriers including but not limited to United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping method is at the discretion of DTC Health unless otherwise chosen at checkout (primarily offered for International).
Free domestic US shipping on orders over $25.00. International rates vary by location, weight, size and/or quantity of items purchased.
Shipping charges are calculated at check out. This calculation is an estimate of shipping the package ONLY. This does not include any fees associated with importing the product(s) to your country, including duty, brokerage, and taxes. Please understand your specific country’s customs regulations and guidelines prior to purchasing.
DTC HEALTH is not responsible for any fees that you may incur with importing our products. We are also not responsible for any return charge fees (see Return Policy).
DTC HEALTH is not responsible for items once they have been shipped. Please contact carrier directly for any questions, disputes, or resolution for lost or damaged items.
Please note that due to restrictions, we are unable to ship to Norway, Austria, North Korea, Sudan, Germany, or Belgium.
To discuss your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like a refund, please return unused items to the address noted below. Items returned are at the shippers expense. Once the item(s) are received and original condition is approved, refund will be issued to the same payment form as used for initial order.
Items refused/returned from outside the US due to customs regulations, import guidelines, or otherwise unable to be delivered, are also at the expense of the customer.
