Save time, money and never miss a dose! Joining our Healthy Living Club will provide you with the lowest per bottle price available.

Simply choose subscribe order option!  We will automatically send your products at your desired time frame and charge the card that you have placed into your account.

You can make adjustments to your subscription at any time (customize, postpone, update credit card/address, etc.) by logging into your account to makes changes.  If you are experiencing difficulty, you may send an e-mail to: support@dtchealth.com for additional assistance.

Save time, money, and never miss a dose! Joining the Flexicose Healthy Joints Club will provide you with the lowest price per bottle available.

Simply choose the “Automatic Order" option for the Flexicose product you desire. We will automatically send your products for your desired time frame and charge the card you have placed into your account.

Shipping Policy:

Domestic (US only) and International Orders
We use a variety of carriers including but not limited to United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS.  Shipping method is at the discretion of DTC Health unless otherwise chosen at checkout (primarily offered for International). 

Shipping Charges
Rates vary by location, weight, size and/or quantity of items purchased. 

International Shipping
Shipping charges can be calculated at check out.  This calculation is an estimate of shipping the package ONLY.  This does not include any fees associated with importing the product(s) to your country, including duty, brokerage, and taxes.  Please understand your specific country’s customs regulations and guidelines prior to purchasing.

DTC HEALTH is not responsible for any fees that you may incur with importing our products.  We are also not responsible for any return charge fees (see Return Policy).

DTC HEALTH is not responsible for items once they have been shipped. Please contact carrier directly for any questions, disputes, or resolution for lost or misplaced items.  

Please note that due to restrictions, we are unable to ship to Norway, Austria, North Korea, Sudan, Germany, or Belgium.

Return Policy:

If you are not pleased with our product(s), please contact us at support@dtchealth.com.  If you would like a refund, please return unused items.  Items returned are at the shippers expense.  Once the item(s) are received, refund will be issued to the same payment form as used for initial order.

Items refused/returned from outside the US due to customs regulations, import guidelines, or otherwise unable to be delivered, are also at the expense of the customer.
