Subscribe and Save:
Save time and money with Subscribe and Save!
Some products offer this option as a lowest price recurring order for your chosen time frame, so you never miss a shipment! Simply choose the 'Subscribe and Save' option on the product page. We will automatically send your products and charge the card that you have saved on your account.
Customer is responsible for updating any information related to the account, including but not limited to shipping address, frequency, pause, cancelation, credit card updates. These adjustments can be made at any time by logging into your account .
DTC Health is not responsible for missing or lost packages related to customer change of address or address not updated timely related to shipment.
DTC Health is not responsible for entries made in error related to subscriptions. Please notify us via email (support@dtchealth.com) and we will work to assist you in the event of a mistaken entry. We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to subscriptions.
Shipping Policy:
Domestic (US only)
We use a variety of carriers including but not limited to United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping method is at the discretion of DTC Health unless otherwise chosen at checkout.
Shipping Charges
Free domestic US shipping on orders over $50.00.
International Shipping
International shipments are no longer supported by DTC Health.
DTC HEALTH is not responsible for items once they have been shipped. Please contact carrier directly for any questions, disputes, or resolution for lost or damaged items.

Return Policy:
To discuss your order, please contact us at support@dtchealth.com. If you would like a refund, please return unused items to the address noted below. Items returned are at the shippers expense. Once the item(s) are received and original condition is approved, refund will be issued to the same payment form as used for initial order.
