I have been using Flexicose Plus for a few years now. I'm 68 and have some arthritis in my right knee. The product helps smooth out the small areas where there is some exposed bone. I do a lot of stationary bike work in low-medium gears to stimulate cartilage without the problems of full weight that happens when walking. I also take New Zealand sourced bovine tracheal cartilage, and use two magnetic pulsers at a 90 degree offset twice daily. I take vitamin K2-MK7 and, I will be starting on Joint-Food soon as well. I hope to get out on a Danish Built Me-Mover treadle scooter in October. I find it is a combination of many things that old knees need (especially the low weight gradual loading), to get the fibro-cartilage to stay and not wear off, and hopefully morph into hard hyaline cartilage in time. Flexicose is a protective "lube-job" aspect of this whole process. Great product and Great Company!
